Russell Street Lane Closures 

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The South Dakota Department of Transportation will be continuing sub-soil testing in Sioux Falls on a 1.8-mile stretch of Russell Street, from Kiwanis Avenue to Bailey Street, this week. 

Crews will be closing the north lane of westbound Russell Street on Tuesday, March 20 through Thursday, March 22. 

Motorists are asked to slow down in the construction zone and be aware of construction signing and traffic control devices. There may be minimal delays when traffic is reduced to one lane each direction and motorists may want to find alternate routes.
