Repair Work on I-29 Bridge in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation will close the southbound driving lane of the Interstate 29 bridge over I-229 in Sioux Falls on Monday, May 14, for bridge-deck repairs. 

Crews will close the southbound driving lane on the bridge at 8:30 a.m. Monday and will reopen it about 2 p.m. on Tuesday (May 15). 

Motorists are cautioned to expect delays and congestion during peak travel times and may want to consider alternate routes.
