Crack Sealing Project On Highway 38 Near Sioux Falls

 

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation advises motorists that crack seal applications will be applied to a section of Highway 38 between Humboldt and Sioux Falls beginning Friday, June 14. 

 

  1. S.D. Highway 38, 15.3 miles, from Humboldt to Sioux Falls. Approximate time to complete this section of highway is three days.
     

Traffic will be reduced to one lane and guided through the projects by flaggers and a pilot car. A delay of up to 15 minutes can be expected while traveling through the work area during the daytime hours.

 

The prime contractor on this $146,440 contract is Highway Improvement, Inc. from Sioux Falls.
