SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says concrete pavement repair work on Highway 115 between Dell Rapids and Sioux Falls is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

The contractor will be setting up traffic control, including stop signs, at three repair sites along a 13 mile stretch. The traffic control will be removed once the work is complete, which is expected to be a week to 10 days.

Drivers are cautioned to be aware of trucks and other construction traffic moving in and out of the work zones and be prepared for suddenly slowing and stopped traffic.

This work is part of an area wide pavement repair project with an overall completion date of Nov. 3, 2017.

The prime contractor for the $550,000 project is Dakota Contracting Corporation from Sioux Falls.
