Motorists can expect short delays, suddenly slowing and stopped traffic, construction workers and equipment adjacent to the driving lane and are encouraged to use an alternate route. This work is expected to be complete by May 5, 2017. The prime contractor for the $22.2 million dollar project is Loiseau Construction, Inc. from Flandreau.
