Summerset Lighting Project

Summerset, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation will begin roadway lighting work on Sturgis Road from Bellingham Drive to Emerald Heights in Summerset on Monday, October 10, 2011.

Construction will consist of installing electrical conduit, pole footings, and luminaire poles.

Shoulder closures on Sturgis Road will be utilized for the duration of the project.  Motorists can expect flagging operations during construction and should be cautious of equipment and workers on and near the highway.

The overall completion date for the project is December 2, 2011.
